Based in Pacific Palisades, California, Luzanne Otte spent nearly five years with Barrister Executive Suites in Los Angeles as the company’s chief legal officer. Her responsibilities in this position involved the complete oversight of contract processes, such as sending select contracts to specialized attorneys. Luzanne Otte further served the company as a member of the board of directors and, during the COVID pandemic, as the company’s director of public health mandates.
Luzanne Otte spent a decade as the project manager in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ office of general counsel. She managed the C3 pilot program and upheld Federal Communications Commission compliance, among other responsibilities. Ms. Otte graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California. After receiving her political science degree, she studied biomedicine and theological studies at Harvard University, graduating with distinction. She holds a juris doctor from the University of Notre Dame.
